Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function effectively to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and execute end-to-end data migration solutions for S/4HANA using SAP BODS and SAP Migration Cockpit
Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems to S/4HANA
Collaborate with business and functional teams to validate requirements and resolve issues
Develop data load strategies, mapping documents, and cutover plans
Conduct mock loads, data reconciliation, and defect resolution
Provide best practices, recommendations, and technical guidance for smooth migration.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP BODS
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration projects (Greenfield/Brownfield)
Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs
Solid understanding of SAP master data & transactional data objects (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.) Hands on experience on at least one Master Data object (Customer, Vendor and Material)
Strong knowledge of SQL, data profiling, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
