Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating with team members to design software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational objectives and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance needs.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with troubleshooting tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve configuration processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices.
- Experience with customization and integration of digital asset management systems.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical configurations.
- Familiarity with version control systems and change management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
