Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust software architecture for Java-based enterprise applications, including detailed design specifications, deployment guidelines.
- Ensure system architecture meets requirements for stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and identify appropriate system data models, hardware infrastructure, and software components.
- Define and implement security architecture guidelines and support deployment teams with best practices.
- Develop reusable, standards-based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks and industry best practices.
- Present and communicate architectural designs and technical solutions to stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Enforce compliance with established architecture principles, design patterns, coding standards, and governance policies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in architecting large-scale, distributed Java enterprise applications.
- Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reusable solutions using Java and related frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and React integration for full-stack enterprise solutions.
- Hands on Microservice Architecture.
- Proficient in creating technical documentation and ensuring code quality through best practices.
- Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE is required.
