Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires managing the entire application lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired objectives. The position serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and driving the successful delivery of software products. The workday is dynamic, involving collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous refinement of application features to align with evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the project environment.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of design decisions, configurations, and development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design principles to create applications that function seamlessly across devices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
