Summary: AI Powered Tech Talent Lead / Senior Specialist for Oracle Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) with AI-first mindset to accelerate business outcomes by enabling **embedded Oracle AI Ready** in day-to-day workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities relevant to Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) workflows (configuration, security, role controls, and adoption).
- Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI features define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Implement Oracle AI governance inside the application: access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens/processes safely using supported extensions/APIs so AI outputs land in the right workflow state (no breaking compliance).
- Deliver rollout playbooks: pilot phased deployment training and hypercare, with measurable productivity / cycle-time improvements.
Professional & Technical skills:
- Deep hands-on with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)
- Oracle security/roles and workflow states configuration and feature enablement
- Integration basics (APIs, events, OIC where applicable) and testing mindset
- Prompt/template assets where supported telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking
Additional information: Experience aligned to level level strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
