Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and meet the intended objectives. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks related to Salesforce development.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules to ensure robust application design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
