Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to address challenges that arise during the application development process, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise software.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within utility industry applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
