- Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within mainframe environments.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of system integration and data flow between applications.
