Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving innovation to deliver scalable and efficient products. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience with code quality assurance practices including code reviews and automated testing.
- Ability to optimize software performance and scalability in complex environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
