Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with database design, query optimization, and data integration techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.
- Good understanding and experience using Microsoft stack (.Net, C#)
- Experience with API and front-end frameworks (Angular/Blazor)
- Experience with technical architecture
- Experience with MS SQL server and SSIS
- Experience working in agile scrum teams
- Experience with application-level configurations and security
- Hands on coding experience
- Application performance tuning

Good to have:
- Knowledge of Azure insights and monitor
- CI/CD

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
