Job Title:Customer Account Specialist
Summary:Acting as Single point of contact to Internal & External Customers for Samples in IMEA. Learn Commercial Knowledge, Business & Products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proficient in SAP SD(Order Management Process) - Fluent English-Proficient in Microsoft word & basic proficiency in Excel.
- Significant customer relations experience in complex international and ever-changing environments;
- Export Order Management Exposure.
- Handling of Order Management process in International work Environment
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor Degree with 2 – 4 years of Customer Service Experience or similar Positions.
- ERP SAP SD Module Exposure.
