Supports development of a highly effective information technology culture by contributing to the development, implementation and administration of a strategic and comprehensive IT Governance framework. Supports development and implementation of IT policies and standards. Implements and monitors key performance indicators, working across the organization to ensure that IT programs, projects and activity are managed effectively, efficiently and in a manner that is compliant with company standards and expectations.
Responsibilities- Experience supporting SOC reports, SOX IT controls, and customer assurance programs
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements and related control testing activities
- Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk Management, and Control Frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, and SOX.
- Experience with SIG/Shared Assessments, and relevant certifications such as CTPRP or CTPRA
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Provides IT Governance support for an assigned program or project area.
- Assists with development, enhancement and adoption of the IT Governance framework.
- Supports team efforts to ensure governance policies and practices align with and support achievement of business objectives.
- Supports specific projects and ensures: Accurate expense allocation and tracking.
- Accurate financial reporting in terms of capital versus operating expense, etc.
- Ensures local implementation of the IT Governance monitoring and reporting program.
- Contributes to the development of process documentation, workflows and self-service guidance for the IT Governance process.
- Assists with development of procedures and training materials to ensure adequate understanding of IT Governance practices and policies.
- Ensures consistency and adherence to IT Governance standards, processes and policies for all area programs and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT Governance.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
