Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in a Customer Implementation / Onboarding position
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a SaaS startup environment preferred
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team setting
- BA or BS degree preferred
- HR Tech or Healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary
- Adaptable to new initiatives
What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations post-sale, acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey
- Become a platform expert to provide prescriptive consultation and solutions based training on all Apploi product offerings
- Lead implementation kickoff calls, ongoing project check-in calls, account reviews and online trainings, guiding customers through their Apploi implementation
- Partner with Product, Customer Operations, and Finance teams to complete account set ups, timely launches and technical integrations
- Help manage and maintain how-to guides and customer support resources within Apploi's Help Center
- Maintain an understanding of customers' recruiting and employee placement strategies as well as scheduling and staffing needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Support Specialists to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future product roadmaps
