Position Overview
We're searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our outstanding Activation Services team in this Remote work opportunity. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do
  • Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including planning, execution, and timely communication with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality implementations.
  • Identify and manage customer expectations, providing guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs while handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards, ensuring milestones are met and customers remain on track to achieve mutual goals.
  • Form strong relationships with customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the completion of all deliverables and maintaining thorough documentation of project status.
  • Seek continual feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and assist clients with product-related configuration decisions.

We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience, with strong troubleshooting skills for product issues.
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients at various levels through industry, product, and technical knowledge, along with excellent communication (oral, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, work independently, meet deadlines, and be proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You may have other skills or credentials, including:
  • An insurance industry background
  • Hands-on experience using EZLynx software
