Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete tasks and assignments within established service levels and quality standards.
• Tasks are related to customer communication and loan assistance including monitoring emails, completing system tasks, and processing requests for payoff statements.
• Research within the Encompass loan origination system or MSP loan servicing system and resolve customer inquiries professionally and in a timely fashion.
• Communicate with other departments about the status of loan transactions and/or borrower questions and open system tasks when required.
• May be asked to assist other Customer Relations Associates and Management or help resolve more complex customer problems.
• Advocate for the customer’s needs and maintain customer relationships in a friendly and professional manner.
• Following established procedures and escalation protocol provided with training.
• Additional tasks and functions, similar in complexity but related to loan servicing customer relations, may be required as determined by management along with necessary training, SLAs, and tools to complete them.
Performance Expectations:
• Effectively communicate with Evergreen associates via phone, video conference, and email communication.
• Maintain strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and accuracy/timeliness in completing tasks.
• Perform all actions in accordance with training, job aids, check lists, and policies and procedures provided by management.
• Demonstrate excellent productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards.
• Effectively use software specific to the position including Zoom, Teams, ICE MSP, ICE Encompass, and Microsoft office products.
• Collaborate well with other members of the EHL team.
Technical Skills:
• Mortgage Servicing Platforms (ICE MSP)
• Encompass (by ICE Mortgage Technology)
• DocuSign or other e-signature platforms
Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook (for communication and task management)
Data Entry & Management
Fast, accurate data input
Working with databases and loan tracking tools
Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position:
• Able to work the required business hours as determined by management.
• Understand basic mortgage loan boarding business processes.
• Understand basic quality control / assurance concepts and best practices regarding consumer and financial product data systems.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language is required.
• Undergraduate degree from a university is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in US Mortgage or mortgage servicing operations roles
• Entry level Knowledge of ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ICE Encompass Loan Origination Systems preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, data analysis, and follow-up skills.
• High comfort level with managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-through to completion on assigned tasks and project work.
• Initiative and ability to create relationships of trust with business units, administrative and support staff.
• Proven record of accomplishment in meeting deadlines, problem solving and communicating with colleagues in other business units.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to summarize and present information.
• High comfort level in participating in meetings via phone, and video conferencing.
• Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hard working.
• Ability to collaborate well with fellow associates, clients, and vendors.
