As an executive in our Customer Experience team, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the company.
1. Answer customer queries over chat and inbound calls promptly. 2. Engage with new leads, engage with them and help in increasing website conversion. 3. Understand customer queries and properly answer them. 4. Understand the customer issues and involve a process specialist or escalate as required. 5. Ensure that the customers have a great experience with us.
Requirements
Education qualification : Any Degree

Skill required : Fluent in Hindi & English
