We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers: Respond swiftly and accurately to inquiries via chat and email, turning questions into solutions.

Resolving challenges: Handle complaints with finesse, turning problems into positive outcomes.

Ensuring satisfaction: Communicate professionally and courteously to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

Keeping track: Maintain precise records of every customer interaction and transaction for seamless service.

Driving improvements: Spot opportunities for process enhancements and share your insights with management to keep us moving forward.


Requirements

🧩 Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.

✍️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Polish

🧘‍♂️ Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.

🤝 Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

⏱️Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
