The CX & BPI Senior Manager role embodies leadership, overseeing broad or multiple transformations across Quote-to-Cash, Supply Chain and Services. Directs and leads a staff responsible for overseeing broad transformation disciplines. The Business Process Improvement (BPI) team is a catalyst for change and growth. At BPI, we drive change into the HPE Operations organization, running strategic programs, transformation, and process improvement. Our vision is to be the trusted partner that challenges, influences, and drives GO transformation and strategic initiatives to provide a competitive advantage for HPE. Our mission is to develop as an independent trusted advisor to our HPE leadership teams, enabling us to drive change in key roles that add value to our strategic programs and influencing through disruptive thinking and a growth mindset.
What you’ll do:
- Provides direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple individual contributors designing and developing assessment, management and improvement solutions utilizing multiple disciplines for Q2C, Supply Chain and Services processes.
- Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated, and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
- Engages with senior leaders and other stakeholders to communicate program status, escalate issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.
- Provides overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.

Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced university degree preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.
- Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience, including 5 or more years of people management experience.
- Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management.
- Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people management skills to drive workforce development across geographies and achieve desired results.
- Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written, verbal, executive storytelling, presentation); mastery in English and local language.
- Superior business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience encompassing one or more quality management domains.
- Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Strong understanding of the company´s policies and processes.
- Experience in one of the areas of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Manufacture, Deliver), Sales Operations, Product Management and/or Services is preferred.
