To join our team of cybersecurity professionals. Our mission in KONE Cybersecurity is to keep KONE business cyber resilient. With cybersecurity tooling, including Identity and Access Management we help KONE people as well as our customers and partners to perform at their best, and at the same time keep KONE secure. The platforms that are in scope of IAM are:

• Identity management based on SailPoint IIQ
• Authentication and password mgmt. based on AD and O365 solutions
• Web single sign-on and conditional access policies based on Entra (former AAD). Also, SCIM based provisioning (and JIT provisioning as part of SSO) is done with Entra
• Privileged access management based on SSH PrivX

When the experience increases, the person in this position is expected also to participate to other initiatives in Enterprise, Product or OT security, depending on the initiatives on-going at that point, and on the person’s background and interests.

The position is based in Pune or Chennai in India, or in Espoo Finland and will report to Head of Access and Tools in Cybersecurity.
Main Responsibilities

• Collaboration with application owners as well as with security and compliancy to capture their IAM needs
• Owning the solution and configuration for selected IAM solutions (together with another security engineer), ensuring their fit to the business requirements and compliance with security and compliance as well as with KONE IT and architecture principles
• Understanding, analyzing and managing prioritization of the IAM business requirements
• Contributing in a key role to the on-going and upcoming projects in his/her responsibility area
• Guiding the scrum and support teams in their work, where needed, and participate to solving tough implementation/ deployment problems if such help is needed
• Maintaining solution documentation
• Co-operating with IT and business teams to ensure smooth development and transition to service
• Accountable for compiling, reviewing and maintaining required solution documentation

We Expect You To Have

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT / Business administration / Engineering or respective knowledge
• Excellent understanding and experience in identity and access management in an international organization
• Good understanding of some IDM, authentication, directory, SSO, PAM solutions. Understanding CIAM solutions is beneficial. Experience on KONE specific IAM tools is seen as an advantage
• Strong knowledge in deploying IAM solutions to applications/ infrastructure/ processes
• Experience in working with business stakeholders and IT partners, preferably in a global context and complex organization
• Ability to design and facilitate effective building and deployment of high-quality functional requirements
• 3-10 years of experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual and matrix organizations
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
• Service focused approach and attitude
• Real team player with flexibility under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proven track record for an excellent performance and quick learning
• Technical development skills in Java
