- Proficiency in Tableau Server administration, including configuration, upgrades, security and performance tuning

- Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines in distributed data environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring
- Solid understanding of data governance, access control and enterprise security practices
- Ability to troubleshoot server performance issues, data refresh failures and connectivity problems
- Experience managing Tableau extracts, data sources, user permissions and schedules
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, cluster management and system monitoring tools
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotations with on-call responsibility.
