The Data Analyst Manager will lead the data analytics team, develop data strategies, ensure data correctness, and coordinate with different departments for insights.

MyOperator is a digital platform that generates million of data set every day from the customer interactions on our platform. We are looking forward to an individual who is willing to lead the data analytics team for upcoming digital products and millions of data.
We are looking for a data analytics manager to organize our analytics function and manage our team of analysts. This role requires guiding the team on various business intelligence approaches and coordinating with other team leaders and CXOs for the data and insights. We expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential. You will manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling and analysis.
Key Responsibility Area
- Develop data strategy for the company by setting various data collection processes, automation, business intelligence tools etc. Constantly look for insights and data teardown.
- Coordinate with various department heads and CXOs for data requirements and deliver the same through a team of analytics. Understand core objectives and suggest further data metrics to teams.
- Work on various data reports to see if it solves the objective and various methods to improvise on data analytics. Deliver data dashboards to various teams which would be used for analyzing various systems or people performance.
- Ensure data correctness and data integrity. Ensure correctness of data and systems by analyzing processes and systems.
- Recruit & manage and guide a team of data analysts for better deliveries and performance. Measure the performance of individuals and analyze task deliverables.
Requirements
- B.Tech,M.Tech,BCA,MCA,MBA, MS, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis BI tools like Data Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficient in advance excel, SQL/Python/R/Advance Excel
