- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain complex data models and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain operations.
Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
Design and implement data pipelines to automate data collection, cleaning, and processing, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain and product utilization data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planners, supply planners, and product managers, to understand their data requirements and provide tailored reports and dashboards.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and develop innovative solutions to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve data accuracy.
Implement dashboards to drive clear communication around the story being told by the data.
5 years experience in Cloud and Supply Chain is required, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience working in Supply Chain Operations and Cloud (preferred).
Experience with creating Data-Models and Data-Pipelines.
Strong experience working with SQL programming, as well as with Data Visualization solutions (i.e. Google PLX, Tableau, Power-BI).
Advanced Excel skills to include; formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookup and reference formulas (i.e. vlookups), statistical formulas (countifs, sumifs), macros (ability to create new and edit existing), conditional formatting, importing data, creating graphs/charts, etc.
Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data; including the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, patterns in complex data sets.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (preferably Globally).
Must possess strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience using Google PLX Dashboards.
Experience working within Cloud-Computing environments (i.e. Demand Forecasting, Capacity Planning).
