Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative, forward-thinking “Data Analyst - Manager” to advance and implement key strategies in support of our vision. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground level and will play a critical part in helping build out. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for executing an analytics vision, with a focus on efficiency and sustainable value creation, using data transformation, data analysis, converting business problems into analytical problems, and building and deploying analytical solutions in a sustainable manner to deliver value to our internal organizations. You must be highly effective at being the key collaborative point between different teams across the Globe.

Responsibilities:

• Fetching & Analyzing Various Team data’s to identify patterns, trends, or other meaningful insights in order to make recommendations for improvement. 

• Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems. Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.

• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time. 

• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

• Working with Managers, team Leads, management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years of experience delivering results from analytics projects such as data analysis and visualization; including close collaboration with stakeholders from IT & business

• Experience with broad business problem-solving using data analysis

• Expertise in handling data including extraction of insights, creating benchmarks, answering business questions and having very good understanding of process intelligence topics.

• Hands-on experience with one or more reporting solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik

• Strong Mathematical and Analytical skills with problem solving capabilities

• Hands on experience with data exploration tools and SQL Database.
