As the Data Domain Architect - Analyst within our Access Administration team, you will play a key role in supporting our Access Administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate approvals for user access requests. You will also contribute to control audits, data governance initiatives, and data analysis to strengthen operational controls and data integrity.
Job responsibilities:
- Focusing primarily on access administration approvals & ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards for access management.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to resolve access-related issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of access approvals and changes for audit and reporting purposes.
- Review and process user access requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Focus: Control Audits, Data Governance, Data Analysis
- Assist in the execution of periodic control audits to verify compliance with access and data management policies.
- Support data governance activities, including data quality assessments and documentation of data ownership.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing audit findings, data analysis results, and governance metrics.
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in access administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills :
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Data governance, or audit support preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) related to access and data governance.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
