Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of integration design patterns
Experience in Agile delivery methodology, especially Scrum
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues
Experience of working with offshore teams
