Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines and architectures
- Optimize and maintain data platforms for performance, cost, and reliability
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across systems
- Implement optimized data transformations leveraging distributed processing
- Work closely with business, analytics, and product teams to understand requirements
- Implement data validation and monitoring frameworks
- Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings. Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes
- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (15+ years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 5+ years of solid proficiency in data engineering technologies such as Python/Spark
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data services
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates)
- Knowledge of data cataloging, lineage, and metadata tools
- Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex data landscapes
- Healthcare Domains exposure
- AI exposure, able to use LLM models etc.
- Airflow exposure
