Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Associate Director Data Foundation who will:

  • Owns day-to-day project management, driving collaboration and progress across multiple workstreams.
  • Owns overall program management across multiple concurrent workstreams, actively managing timelines, cross-team dependencies, and overall program risk.
  • Oversees defect management processes, ensuring efficient triaging, prioritization, and resolution with Data Management and AdOps teams.
  • Drives alignment across local markets by ensuring adherence to global standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Coordinates with market leads to validate region-specific requirements, clarify localization issues, and ensure timely feedback incorporation.
  • Monitors compliance with established naming conventions, master data protocols, and process standardization across all markets.
  • Keeps clients and internal stakeholders updated on team status, drives mitigation of risks, and actively tracks/communicates dependencies.
  • Acts as an internal connector and facilitator to ensure complex solutions are orchestrated across workstreams, including AdOps, Channels, Tech & Analytics.
  • Establishes governance models to foster collaboration and clear communication across teams and with clients.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for market-specific queries, ensuring smooth communication and minimizing turnaround time.
  • Develops an in-depth understanding of the Nestlé client business.
  • Manages ad-hoc requests and enlists the necessary people to action them.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in Any stream
  • 8+ year's professional experience in digital media execution
  • Equal parts project manager, process designer, change manager, and strategic thinker.
  • Proven ability to drive standardization across diverse markets while balancing local nuances.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision and priorities into operational reality.
  • Strong track record of driving results and achieving expected outcomes.
  • Exceptional planning skills with the ability to plot the course from start to finish, identify and mitigate risks, and seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Adept collaborator comfortable fostering relationships and working across all levels, both internally and with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams such as AdOps, Channels, and Analytics to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Proficient at designing and implementing efficient and effective ways of working, leveraging technology and automation where possible to work smarter, not harder.
  • Leverages data and insights to inform decisions, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to tailor messages based on the audience.
