This resource focuses on data integration, conversion, and reporting activities across Oracle Cloud HCM. The role blends BIP reporting expertise with hands-on experience in SQL, HDL/HSDL loads, and data validation to support large-scale data migration, ongoing data maintenance, and enterprise audit readiness.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIP data models, templates, and extracts to support data cleanup, validation, and integration
- Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data research, quality checks, and reconciliation
- Prepare, validate, and load data using HDL and HSDL templates, support large-scale updates and remediation initiatives
- Perform data analysis and error resolution across Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Workforce structures
- Build audit reports, preload validations, and post-load reconciliation tools
- Support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and functional validation
- Troubleshoot load errors, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Partner with functional teams, data governance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with solid SQL skills (data profiling, joins, validations, reconciliation)
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HDL/HSDL load processes and template configuration
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle BIP data models and reporting extracts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large-scale HR data conversions or cleanup initiatives
- Experience with OTBI, Power Query, or similar data analysis tools
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GITHUB
- Knowledge of HCM Data Loader architecture and diagnostic tools
