- Large scale data migration experience, ideally into Salesforce from platforms like Epsilon Loyalty
- Understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management (specially points, tiers, vouchers, transaction history) and Data Cloud
- Strong data transformation and validation capabilities
- Define Data Migration strategy, mitigate data risks and communicate around data issues encountered
- Can build scripts to validate data loading (has knowledge of Python, Node, etc.)
