The center is integral to Global Technology and Operations with a with a focus to protect & build MetLife IP, promote reusability and drive experimentation and innovation. The Data & Analytics team in India mirrors the Global D&A team with an objective to drive business value through trusted data, scaled capabilities, and actionable insights
Role value proposition :
The data modeler has an important role in the data and analytics (D&A) organization. The role ensures, data is structured, organized and is represented effectively aligned to the needs of the organization. The role helps design logical & physical models which include implementation of robust data models that accurately capture, store, and manage data end to end.
Job responsibilities :
Education : Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education
Experience : Total experience of 4-6 years

- Experience in SQL Scripting
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Understand and analyze Business requirements accurately and provide optimum solution to meet functional and performance requirement
Education : Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education
Experience : Total experience of 4-6 years
Technical skills :
- Hands on experience in CA Erwin
- Experience in SQL Scripting
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-disciplined and results oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units
