Responsible for contact data uploading and onboarding into Marketo ensuring data governance processes adherence, privacy policy compliance and marketing process delivery to maximize the return on marketing investment.
May also provide upload and onboarding analytics and operational expertise to drive fact-based planning for marketing programs. Typical responsibilities include managing data uploading and onboarding request WW, identifying stakeholder requirements, refining existing business marketing processes and rules, managing complex Tier-1 event data upload requirements to drive marketing success. Also responsible for developing and delivering data uploading and onboarding training and execution to maximize overall marketing productivity and effectiveness.
What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
Upload and onboard offline marketing data into Marketo within agreed SLAs.
- Offline lead generation.
- Process SME to stakeholders and Field Marketing Managers requesting offline data uploads.
- Provide feedback and advise on data governance processes.
- Conduct training and enablement to facilitate process adherence.
- Drive Marketo adoption across marketing to grow Marketo lead generation.
- Provide an excellent data onboarding experience for HPE’s tier one events such as Discover Las Vegas.
- Participate in testing to ensure new marketing processes and applications are delivering the benefits as promised in the business case.
- Document and communicate marketing requirements.
- Reconcile Marketo data discrepancies and improve data completeness.
- Drive adoption of common marketing processes and languages.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required
- 3+ years marketing and/or operational experience.
- Experience in MAP or CRM applications a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
- High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes including MarTech operations.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing practices.
- Excellent written/oral and communications and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
Impact/Scope:
- Provide market research and customer/market analyses.
- Coordinate market budget.
Complexity:
- Moderate – Generally not senior management or partner/customer-facing; limited cross- functional/cross- organizational interaction.
