033380 Data Platform Administrator (Open)Job Description:
The Data Platform Administrator will manage and support enterprise data governance, privacy, data quality, and analytics platforms, including OneTrust (Cookie & Consent, AI Governance, Supplier Performance & Collaboration), BigID (data discovery and classification), Unify Apps (data quality monitoring), Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
This role manages the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise data platforms to ensure stability, performance, security, and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities include implementing system changes, supporting integrations, managing access and controls, coordinating vendor releases, and partnering with stakeholders to support evolving governance and analytics requirements.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for enterprise data, governance, and analytics platforms, including:
- OneTrust (Cookie & Consent, AI Governance, Supplier Performance & Collaboration)
- BigID (Data Discovery & Classification)
- Unify Apps (Data Quality Monitoring)
- Microsoft Fabric
- Snowflake
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with approved governance and security controls
- Implement approved configuration changes, including workflows, templates, questionnaires, and platform settings
- Perform routine system monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure performance and stability
- Support integrations across the data ecosystem and coordinate scheduled vendor upgrades and releases
- Escalate complex technical, configuration, security, or policy-related issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent degree
- 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, data operations, or enterprise platform administration
- Hands-on experience supporting and managing enterprise SaaS platforms, including workflow configuration and user administration
- Foundational understanding of data management, system integrations, platform configuration, web fundamentals, workflow automation, reporting and analytics, and security and access management (e.g., Active Directory and internal access controls).
- Exposure to OneTrust, BigID, Unify Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or similar governance and data platforms is strongly preferred
