Join us as a Data Platform SRE Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring reliability, performance, and cost optimization for platforms like Snowflake, Looker, Alteryx, Power BI, and more. - Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.
- Monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable “shift-left” operational models.
- Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
- Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Stay informed about rapid technical changes and emerging trends in enterprise data platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Exposure to data/analytics platforms like Snowflake, BI tools, or ETL platforms.
- Awareness of monitoring tools, automation concepts, CI/CD practices, or DevOps workflows.
