Position: Data Quality Internship
Location: Mireka Tower, Havelock City, Colombo 5. On site.
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Successful applicants will be invited to join a series of cognitive, workstyle, and language assessments and interviews. Following these sessions, offers will be made for analysts to start as soon as practical.

About the Internship Program
HolonIQ, an impact intelligence platform on a global scale, is pleased to extend an internship opportunity for an Analyst role at our Colombo office in Sri Lanka. This position not only promises a professional experience but also offers a conducive environment for substantial growth in your career.
As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in data analysis, data management, & research. You will work with Industry Teams and the Intelligence Unit Team to collect, analyze, & prepare data and analysis for our intelligence platform. A strong desire to learn & contribute to our dynamic environment is essential.
During the Internship Program you will -
- Research official university websites to identify subjects/programs and institutional details.
- Accurately input subject and profile data into a database, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Maintain and update data records in alignment with project deadlines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, flag inconsistencies, and resolve errors.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and reporting requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and within tight timelines.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
- Use the knowledge and experience gained in this role to support project teams that use this data
Requirements
- Successfully completed Advanced Level or equivalent qualification and pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy in data entry.
- Good research and analytical skills to navigate university websites and official documents.
- Basic proficiency with online platforms, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Adaptability to handle varied website structures, formats, and occasional ambiguity.
- A proactive, reliable, and responsible work ethic.
