Primary Responsibilities:
- Be part of end-to-end AI driven solution development, from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring
- Design and implement predictive, statistical, and machine learning models
- Analyze large, complex datasets across multiple domains to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionize models using scalable pipelines and cloud platforms
- Apply responsible AI principles, including model explainability, fairness, and governance
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and tools to drive innovation and reuse
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or Computer Engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on experience analytics or applied machine learning
- Experience building and validating statistical and ML models in real-world business settings
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure)
- Experience with GenAI / LLMs, NLP
- Solid proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL
- Solid understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical outputs into business impact
- Familiarity with ML Ops, model lifecycle management, and monitoring in production
