Primary Responsibilities:

• Be part of end-to-end AI driven solution development, from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring
• Design and implement predictive, statistical, and machine learning models
• Analyze large, complex datasets across multiple domains to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionize models using scalable pipelines and cloud platforms
• Apply responsible AI principles, including model explainability, fairness, and governance
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and tools to drive innovation and reuse
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or Computer Engineering
• 4+ years of hands-on experience analytics or applied machine learning
• Experience building and validating statistical and ML models in real-world business settings
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure)
• Experience with GenAI / LLMs, NLP
• Solid proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL
• Solid understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical outputs into business impact
• Familiarity with ML Ops, model lifecycle management, and monitoring in production

Preferred Qualification:

• Healthcare industry experience
