We are looking for Senior/Lead Data Scientists who can work in a data-driven environment, and love to identify patterns and insights to improve our products/operations that in turn benefit the business. If you have a strong experience in data science, and analytics, and are excited about driving results in a hyper-growth company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to drive improvements through data-driven decisions.
  • Define success and north star metrics to drive innovation and impact across a wide range of products.
  • Conduct statistical analysis, including opportunity analysis, diagnostic analysis, and root cause analysis, and communicate the results to leadership teams to influence the strategy
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership technical and non-technical audiences using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging

RequirementsMust-Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics as a data scientist
  • Strong product sense or track record of working closely with product leadership
  • Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical frameworks
  • Good grasp of SQL and metrics, and capable of creating and maintaining dashboards
  • Strong data wrangling skills with Python or R
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Experience with one of the visualization tools like ggplot, Plotly, or Looker is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job, and get things done

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in computational or quantitative fields such as computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience in experimental design and A/B testing
  • Experience in machine learning
