JD We're seeking a Senior Windows Patching Lead who combines deep technical expertise in SCCM with strategic thinking and proven leadership. You'll define our patch management strategy, drive operational excellence, and shape how we balance security compliance with service stability across the enterprise. This role requires someone who can influence at senior levels while keeping hands-on when needed. Key Responsibilities • Own the enterprise-wide Windows patching strategy, aligning with business objectives, security posture, and service commitments • Lead and develop the patching team, building capability in both technical skills and service delivery mindset • Design robust patching frameworks that account for diverse environments—production, development, legacy systems—with appropriate risk controls • Anticipate organizational change impacts (mergers, cloud migration, infrastructure shifts) and evolve patching approaches accordingly • Partner with Security, Change Management, and Application teams to balance competing priorities and dependencies • Drive automation and tooling improvements beyond SCCM—exploring orchestration, testing frameworks, and reporting solutions • Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that demonstrate value to senior stakeholders • Lead incident response and problem management for patching-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures • Represent patch management in CAB, service reviews, and strategic planning forums What We're Looking For
