🔷 ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a strong Senior Informatica MDM Developer with hands-on experience in IDMC MDM SaaS (Customer 360 / Business 360) and related IDMC components. The developer will be responsible for building MDM entities, match rules, survivorship logic, workflows, data quality rules, and batch/real-time integration mappings.

This is a highly technical role requiring expertise in MDM design + hands-on development + troubleshooting.

🔷 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. MDM SaaS Development

Configure and develop Customer 360 / Business 360 components:

Entities, attributes, relationships

Entity modeling & reference data

Cross-domain relationships

Hierarchies (customer, organization, partner, product)

2. Match & Merge Development

Develop and tune:

Match rules (fuzzy, exact, ML-based)

Merge rules

Survivorship logic

Trust rules

Threshold configurations

Conduct match analysis and match rule simulation.

3. Data Quality & Standardization

Build and implement:

Data profiling logic

Cleansing rules

Address standardization (Loqate/Melissa)

Phone/email validation

Parsing & formatting transformations

4. Inbound Integration (Batch + Real-Time)

Work closely with Integration (CDI + CAI) team to:

Validate incoming payloads

Apply cleansing & enrichment

Prepare data for match/merge

Build Batch Jobs (Bulk Import / Batch APIs):

Create import maps

Design delta loads

Validate load quality

5. Outbound Integration

Develop outbound mappings for:

ERP (SAP/Oracle)

CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics)

Snowflake / Data Lake / DWH

Manage data publishing using:

Batch exports

REST APIs

Event-based triggers

6. Workflow, Stewardship & UI Configuration

Configure and customize:

Stewardship tasks

Validation rules

Approval workflows

Data steward UI screens

Business entity views & page layouts

7. Testing & Troubleshooting

Perform:

Unit testing

Integration testing

Match rule testing

Merge scenario validation

Debug issues in:

Match engine

Data model

Inbound/outbound loads

API failures

8. Documentation

Prepare:

Technical design documents

Mapping specs

Test cases & results

Configuration tracker

🔷 REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS A. Informatica MDM SaaS (Mandatory)

Customer 360 / Business 360 configuration

Entity model design

Match/Merge rule development

Survivorship & trust rule configuration

Stewardship UI customization

REST API knowledge for MDM operations

B. IDMC Components

Awareness of:

CDI mappings

CAI process flows

API calls to/from MDM

Ability to work with integration team to validate payloads

C. Data Quality Skills

IDQ Cloud rules (profiling, cleansing)

Address verification tools

Parsing, transformation logic

D. Integration Concepts

Understanding of:

JSON/XML structures

REST API patterns

Inbound/outbound payload processing

Real-time lookup & search-before-create logic

E. SQL & Scripting

Strong SQL for analysis & troubleshooting

Knowledge of Snowflake / Oracle / PostgreSQL preferred

Strong analytical and debugging skills

Ability to work in Agile teams

Good communication with integration & functional teams

Ability to work independently and handle complex configurations

🔷 GOOD TO HAVE

Experience migrating on-prem MDM to MDM SaaS

CDGC exposure (data lineage, glossary)

Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics)

Cloud platform skills (Azure/AWS)
