Our Commercial Revenue Operations Team is seeking an experienced Deal Desk Analyst to support quote execution, pricing validation, and contract review. You’ll guide GTM teams, troubleshoot quoting issues, and assist with complex deals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our quote-to-cash processes.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a first-line support resource for Sales and Customer Success, providing guidance on quoting, CPQ troubleshooting, discounting policies, and order form setup
- Monitor and respond to inbound deal desk requests, escalating complex issues when needed
- Validate quotes and order forms for compliance, completeness, and readiness for accounting handoff
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and BizOps on monthly close activities and deal reconciliation
- Support direct deal processing in Salesforce, verifying contract terms, product SKUs, and system alignment
- Partner with Deal Desk Operations Manager to operationalize pricing models and discounting frameworks
- Maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials; support testing and improvement of Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM workflows
- Monitor key metrics such as approval cycle times, exception volume, and quote accuracy, ensuring data integrity and continuous process improvement
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days:
- Learn internal deal desk processes, tools, and workflows (Salesforce, CPQ, CLM)
- Build relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams
- Observe and assist with deal desk requests and quoting issues
In your first 60 days:
- Begin independently supporting quoting requests, troubleshooting CPQ issues, and validating order forms
- Identify recurring challenges or gaps in processes and propose improvements
- Collaborate with GTM teams to understand new pricing models and discounting frameworks
In your first 90 days:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day deal desk support during high-volume periods
- Partner with leadership to ensure deals meet booking requirements and maintain system data integrity
- Contribute to internal documentation, enablement materials, and process improvement initiatives
Who You Are
- 3+ years in deal desk management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple issues concurrently

The salary range for this opportunity is $68,000 - $80,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
