Position Summary
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 4 to 15 years
- Required: 4-15 years of experience in Software Development using Delphi and SQL Server
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in Delphi, SQL Server, ADO, XML, Delphi 11, and Delphi 7 (mandatory)
- Extensive experience with Delphi classes/functions, VCL library, and DevExpress library
- Experience with Delphi component architecture and library/package development
- Familiarity with RESTful and JSON component architectures
- Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Design, Programming, and Analysis
- Expertise in debugging tools for analyzing defects and evaluating impact of changes
- Experience with Perforce version control
- Deep knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL Server (Query Analyzer, Profiler, Traces)
- Working knowledge of Windows administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, application control, and data security
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and work remotely when required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability and willingness to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Experience using Perforce and JIRA
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Good to Have
- Experience with .Net Framework and C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
- Experience working with MOM like Apache ActiveMQ, Stomp protocol, or MQTT protocol
