AS Deployment consultant

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily business operations of AS Deployment team processes, ensuring continuous availability and effectively managing both planned and unplanned maintenance windows.

Lead the successful deployment of euHReka releases, maintaining platform stability and addressing any disruptions.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation and deployment of new releases.

Develop and implement monitoring controls to proactively detect platform health issues before they impact clients.

Define, document, and enhance operational business processes related to platform management and deployment tools.

Work cross-functionally with product and application teams to scope, prioritize, and execute key platform improvement projects.

Gain a deep understanding of the colleague experience to drive user-centric enhancements.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues in the release deployment process, ensuring smooth execution.

Track, manage, and escalate any potential risks that may impact delivery timelines.

Champion a quality-first mindset in all aspects of platform deployment and operational processes.

Participate in relevant projects and initiatives as required.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Incident Management: Ability to think quickly and perform under pressure, especially in P1 incident management.

Team Collaboration: Provide guidance, tools, and support to foster a productive team environment.

Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accurate documentation, testing, and solution implementation to ensure quality deliverables.

Process Optimization: Ability to refine tools and workflows for maximum efficiency using data-driven insights.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Skills:

A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

A strong desire for professional growth and development in both technical and management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team to drive results.

A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Able to communicate and work in a professional and excellent manner and build strong relationships at all levels (Team player). 

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and control scope / focus on key areas. 

Flexibility and patience in working in a challenging environment. 

Fluent in English.
