The position:
This position is for a member of the Depositary team to provide support for the European Depositary teams. The Depositary team acts as a controlling entity to supervise and review the process of the various stake holders of the Fund life cycle, mainly the fund administration activities.

The position:
This position is for a member of the Depositary team to provide support for the European Depositary teams. The Depositary team acts as a controlling entity to supervise and review the process of the various stake holders of the Fund life cycle, mainly the fund administration activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performing daily cash flow monitoring and keeping a record of significant events along with supporting documents.
- Preparation of various oversight activities such as Capital call, Distributions, Subscription & Redemptions.
- Preparation of safekeeping activities such as Ex-ante/Ex-post and target checklists
- Preparation of asset and cash reconciliations and NAV oversight quarterly.
- Assisting in audit work like preparation of circularization letters, collecting relevant documents and performing audit reconciliations.
- Interacting with local office on various operational issues.
- Performing the daily deliverables and to meet the cut off time of various jurisdictions.
Your Profile:
- Preferred Bachelors in Comm/M. Com/BBM/MBA
- 0-3yrs experience in Financial Services
- Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure
- Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in fast paced dynamic industry
- Positive attitude, team player, proactive and ready to accept challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
