  • Review and guide UI implementation in collaboration with developers (LWC and custom UI frameworks)

  •  Mentor and guide UI Developers and Visual Designers, providing architectural and design governance

  • Independently own design for large modules or applications end-to-end, from concept through delivery

  • Participate in design reviews, usability validation, and stakeholder walkthroughs

  •  Support workshops, design reviews, and on-site engagements; travel as required

Required experience and skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in UX/UI, experience design, or application design roles

  • Extensive experience designing custom enterprise applications

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Lightning Experience and custom UI constraints

  • Proven expertise using Figma, including design system creation and ongoing maintenance

  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and tablet form factors

  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility, and enterprise UX standards

  • Ability to work independently and drive design decisions with minimal supervision

  • Strong collaboration experience with architects, developers, and QA teams

  •  Advanced experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)

  • Background in large-scale custom Salesforce development programmes

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
