About this position
We are currently seeking a BPM Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM Business Process Manager.
Experience :- 4–6 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development activities for housing components for NA programs.
Create and release 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation in accordance with internal and customer standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tooling, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Project Management) to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable.
Conduct DFMEAs, DVP&R planning, and support validation testing.
Support customer reviews, prepare technical presentations, and handle engineering changes.
Drive cost optimization, VA/VE initiatives, and continuous improvements in design.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met within timelines.
Provide technical support during RFQ stages, prototype builds, and production launches.
