Lead design and delivery of enterprise Pega BPM case management solutions for financial services. Architect and develop on Pega Infinity (24.x+), implement Constellation/Cosmos features, manage upgrades, integrate with RDBMS/Oracle and cloud (Pega Cloud/AWS), and work with decisioning, connectors, APIs, and DevOps/container deployments.
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
- Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
- Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
- Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
- Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA or higher certification
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
- Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
