Job Summary

Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Documents all development activity. Assists with training non-technical personnel. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Python, SQL, and Java to meet the specific needs of our sales teams.

·       Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.

·       Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external data sources.

·       Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline sales processes.

·       Create and manage connectors, triggers, and actions within Power Automate.

·       Monitor and optimize workflow performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.

·       Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with larger sales systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

·       Collaborate with IT and sales teams to ensure smooth integration with existing sales infrastructure.

·       Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

·       Design, develop, and manage databases to support sales applications.

·       Ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

·       Perform database optimization and tuning to enhance performance.

·       Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for sales applications.

·       Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional UI designs.

·       Ensure UI designs are consistent with company branding and usability standards.

·       Work closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to understand and meet their business needs.

·       Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of applications.

·       Document technical processes, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills:

·       5+ Yrs of Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

·       Strong programming skills in Python, and SQL.

·       Ability to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

·       Knowledge of integrating Microsoft 365 services and external data sources.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

·       Ability to work US East Coast hours.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

·       Experience with other Microsoft 365 services.

·       Experience with JAVA

·       Familiarity with additional programming languages.

·       Knowledge of sales processes and systems.

·       Experience in UI/UX design.

·       Previous experience working with international teams.
