What We'll Bring:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions.
· Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems, focusing on automation, scalability, and resiliency.
· Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Monitor system performance and capacity, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
· Continuously improve system reliability through performance optimization, capacity planning, and fault tolerance.
· Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations.
· Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution of production issues.
· Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship of junior team members

What You'll Bring:

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud-based deployments.

· Strong proficiency in industry-standard tooling for open-source alerting, logging, and monitoring, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar.

· Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS/Azure/GCP, and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

· Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

· Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration frameworks.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and configuration management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Flux).

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

· Understanding of Bigdata/Spark/Scala/Hadoop systems and troubleshooting abilities is a plus.

· Knowledge if Windows operating system and windows scripting is a plus

Impact You'll Make:

Location Bangalore

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
