Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting. - Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools. - Experience with cloud technologies and container orchestration. - Familiarity with security best practices in software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
