Natixis in Portugal is part of the Global Financial Services division, where it applies technology for the development of financial expertise in its two global business lines – Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management – and, transversally, for the entities of Groupe BPCE.
The Centre of Expertise, based in Porto, currently has more than 2,400 employees from over 30 nationalities, organised in three main departments: Information Technology, Banking Support Activities and Compliance. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be an expert in OpenShift and Kubernetes. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the reliability of our applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage infrastructures based on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Automate deployment and application management processes.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the application lifecycle.
Monitor and optimize the performance of systems and applications.
Participate in incident management and problem resolution in production.
Implement CI/CD tools to improve workflow and reduce time to market.
Write and maintain technical documentation for processes and systems.
Train and mentor team members on DevOps best practices.
Required Skills:
5 years or more of experience as a DevOps Developer or in a similar role.
Expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Understanding of application and infrastructure security principles.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
Qualifications:
QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, or OpenShift are a plus.
