- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Kubernetes operations in at least one major cloud
- Terraform (plus good practices like workspaces/modules), Git, GitOps
- CI/CD pipelines and safe deployment strategies
- Docker and container orchestration fundamentals
- Solid grasp of:
- DevOps principles, SRE concepts, Developer Experience
- Cloud‑native design, networking, security baselines, least‑privilege IAM
- Observability patterns and tools
- Programming and scripting:
- Practical Python or TypeScript for services and tooling
- Shell scripting, plus one of Bash/PowerShell
- Quality mindset:
- Test‑first approach, automated verification, performance testing
- Production change management and incident handling
- Argo CD, Helm, service mesh experience
- Terragrunt, Terratest
- Grafana stack operations at scale
- Configuration management (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Salt)
- Automation tooling: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI
- Experience with working with Data Scientists and in the AI industry.
- Serverless patterns, API management, GraphQL
- Contributions to open source
